Meet Jillian

Jillian provides Early Intervention Services in Anderson County.

Hey y’all! I was born and raised in Anderson, South Carolina. I moved to Columbia for three years in 2021 to finish my education at the University of South Carolina. I have since moved back to Anderson with my dog, Maverick. I love spending time with family, hiking, traveling, and finding new books to read! One of my favorite trips my family has taken is to Acadia National Park in Maine. The views were gorgeous and the company was even better!

Background

Education:

  • B.A. in Public Health with a Minor in Psychology from the University of South Carolina

I have always had a passion for helping others. Having two younger siblings, I was constantly helping my mom around the house and taking care of them. I have always jumped at the opportunity to work with children in many different settings such as volunteering in children's ministry at church, coaching competitive cheerleading, and working at Camp Cole. Once finding early intervention and learning more about it, I felt drawn to its values and goals. I believe that working with a child in their natural environment where they are the most comfortable is where they will flourish. I aspire to have a positive impact on those I come into contact with. Being an early interventionist is a way to connect with many different people and bring joy into others lives.
