Working for Tiny Feet has been hands down the best choice I have ever made! I was teaching first grade, but was not happy. With this job, I am able to provide targeted support based off of what the child needs, but also work closely with the family—which is one of my favorite things!! At Tiny Feet, they have helped me grow as a professional, and as a person!

Working for Tiny Feet was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I’ve never worked in a culture where I had so much support from other team members and leadership. In a society that thrives on competing and outdoing one another, our directors and leadership team have set a different standard…to help each other grow and succeed. Brittany and Peter work tirelessly to take care of our team so we can better take care of our families. I wake up every day excited to go to work, see my families and kiddos, and share research-based strategies with parents and caregivers so they can continue to support their child’s growth and development. I’m forever grateful to be working for such an amazing company!!

Having worked in a variety of settings, coming to Tiny Feet has been a breath of fresh air. The ideals of loving well and serving well are infused in all we do! The leadership team pours into the Tiny Feet family and those we serve without hesitation. Every day, I feel challenged, encouraged, and valued.
