Meet Callie
Callie provides Early Intervention Services in Pickens and Anderson Counties.
Hello, my name is Callie Wright and I was born in Anderson, SC and raised in Belton, SC on my family's farm! Choosing to stay super close to home, I went to college at Anderson University and am thankful for all that I experienced and learned! I married my childhood sweetheart in May of 2024 and we currently live just outside of downtown Anderson. My faith is a huge part of who I am and my husband and I are lifelong church members at New Covenant Church in Anderson. If I am not working or birdwatching, I am more than likely flying around with my pilot husband!
Background
Education:
Bachelors of Arts in Human Development and Family Studies and Dance from Anderson University.
I have always wanted to help kiddos and Early Intervention seemed like the perfect fit! I love kids and I have work experience as a personal babysitter as well as a daycare employee. While in college I had the opportunity to attend a Dance Therapy convention. Through what I learned at that convention, I taught open Dance Therapy Classes at Anderson University and the Rainbow Gang, Anderson’s day care for Adults with intellectual disabilities.
